Remote Service

Our customers and all Mercedes-Benz owners are being encouraged to use the remote service for cars. This solution has been createdto take care of You, Your car and to help to save Your time. We will ensure the delivery of Your car to the service, quality maintenance or repair work and returning of the car to the desired address.

How does it happen?

1. Opt in for the remote service

2.  Veho service adviser will call You back during the next working day to find out Your needs, specify the most convenient date and time, as well as possible costs.

3. Our representative with a tow truck will arrive at the address specified by you at the agreed time.

4. You will be given a repair order and a contract for the provision of service in 2 copies, one will remain with You, and the other will be delivered to the service together with the car.

5. If additional work is discovered during repair/maintenance work, the service adviser will contact You and coordinate the additional work to be performed and its costs.

6. After performing repair/maintenance work, You will receive an invoice for payment to the specified e-mail address.

7. After receiving the payment, you will be contacted by the Veho service adviser and will arrange the delivery of Your car at a time and place convenient for You.

8. Before returning the car, the OZON car disinfection will be done (during the emergency period).

Service price:

  • 25 EUR (excluding VAT) in one direction within the city of Riga
  • 50 EUR (excluding VAT) in both directions within the city of Riga
  • Trip outside Riga within the borders of Latvia – 25 EUR + 0.50 EUR/km (excluding VAT) in one direction.
